Remember the day you were born and all that you did was whine?

Who could have guessed it foreshadowed that you don’t have a spine?

You look directly through the eyes

But still won’t see, until you get them pryed

So drop that key, cause you will never be

The one who bears the fruit filled tree

Then the worms crawl in and the worms crawl out

And make you one with the soil while you’re six feet underground

Maybe life’s so good that you think you wanna kiss it

But face it, when you’re dead you won’t be thinking that you miss it

You live in a sack full of gases and different types of slime

And every decision you make creates rifts in space and time

You look around for someone sane

To keep your days from turning sun to rain

Then time is gone, along with her embrace

Unfinished thoughts and tombstone space

Then the worms crawl in and the worms crawl out

And make you one with the soil while you’re six feet underground

Maybe life’s so good that you think you wanna kiss it

But face it, when you’re dead you won’t be thinking that you miss it
