But the calm feels second-rate

Feels like I’m a machine, chasing truth

Feels like I’m running in circles here

Productivity apps fill my phone

Telling me how to grow on my own

But every tip feels like more noise

Caught between signals and all these toys

Talked to the doc, she says it’s time

Therapy’s working, I’m feeling fine

But beneath the calm, the loops persist

I’m caught in gears that just won’t shift
