[Verse 1]

Where I am is here and now no more no less

Though each breath be blessed yes

I come through many paths with enough bass to blast headphones or stereo dash

I use as a stage to transmit scripts in the form of a wave

Words of love and unity to all my near and distant family

Instagram telegram new form expression

I used to smoke a gram and hold a hand for a little affection

To cool my disposition but now I am living clean in broad rays of clarity divine hilarity

Shopping good will for new threads spending afternoons in bed

Listening to the still clear voice that says

[Refrain]

Crossover to new perspectives

Crossover and be uplifted

Crossover to free your mind

Crossover into the light

[Verse 2]

Where I am from is not a place or name

But a mystery that as yet remains

Old friends cityscapes and fragments

Nerves made by ragged by outlived habits

How long will these angels follow me

Roll the window down won’t you please

How old is hip hop how old is poetry

How old is a man on a cliff singing to the open sea

Can you imagine the original of raves in the deepest of caves

Skin of drums mixing with the crash of the surf herbs set to blaze

Where now do we find this ritual to reanimate the non-material

[Verse 3]

Where I am going is not a question of wealth or accolades

Genre lines or geography I follow no map so no one can follow me

Speak in layers so listeners may take what they need

Harmonic catch phrases or sacred geometry

I see no enemy other than my self

Shadow is the absence of luminosity

Obstruction the adversary Job spoke about

I meditate to keep from drawing down

Where i am going is into the light

Over many many many lifetimes I rhyme for the globe though

I wish for no titles or penthouse homes

My home is the show the microphone the road

Round and round we must go until at last leap of faith

Love leads us home and we finally
