Lost in the shadows I found a passage marked by light

The fire from a star newly died

And it led me through quicker to a land draped in white

A world free of delusion and blight

I was lavished with promises of peace

By messengers of God

The nectar fraught

What I knew to be self

By his hand pain and hate succumbed

And in childlike submission

Mesmerised by the chanting

I boke bread with the one

The messiah

The unwavering

Divinity

With the stench of wisdom

And with hеavens blessing

He claimеd possession of the weak

Who had nowhere left to run

Withered our hopes began to fade

I found a way below

To a reptilian cave

And upon the altar lay the sacred scroll

Outlining the fee

Yet no word of our fate

Beyond the final release

And cowering in the darkest corner

I marked a figure

Blackened from beatings and dried blood

Beginning the sufferance anew

She relayed the horror of his reckoning

The crushing of bone and the debauchery of soul

Lay in wait for those who bow to that throne

From cruelty and sufferance you have sought to hide

But beneath this

A shallow semblance of life

So struggle with your will and fight with your might

Be the one who swam against the tide

Not engulfed by his fancy

A castle build on lies

Where hopes and dreams

Go forever
