[Verse 1]

Stuck up in the dark, can’t get out, huh ?

Been trying to run away, but you can’t, huh ?

This place, this space

These horns, these capes

We wake, we wake, and play it safe

Play it safe, play it safe

But can't be nothing when you want to be safe

Savage, monster, always what they think of me

Rap is garbage, you're just another wannabe

America, America, its never how it looks

Just because I’m rapping doesn’t mean you pair the look

I’m far from what you thought, I’m about to have you shook

You put that in the casket, now welcome to my book

Now, here I stand with this poetry

Give me a chance just roll with me

See, I don't know it all, but I can tell you this...

All I ever built has revolved around this

What separates us is the fact I took risks, so...

So don't go ask me for a split

[Verse 2]

Can help them when they need, but don’t overdue your stay

Once turns into twice, it becomes your day to day

Make up what you want, say just what you will

But don’t you play the victim when we both know what’s the deal

I’ma stand up straight when I talk mine’s

Can’t fly straight when you talk lies

I’ma diamond in the rough

A shine you couldn’t scuff

With genuine intentions, sharing what I’m blessed with...

Yeah

On everything I love...

Hell bent, heaven sent

God has sent the best

Do it like Nike, but never for the check
