No matter what we do

We still stuck in the same ol loop of

I'm at the end of my rope

Wondering if things will go right?

But even if things don't go well

Then i don't think i should delve

Into what is out of my control

So is it worth the time spent

Thinking about all the distant things?

When the present is all we can control

Why are the things that make me whole lie in the future?

I don't think i can wait any longer
