The next guy who tried it didn’t get sent into hiding rather he felt different types of consequences, as he mentions.

ACE is pointing out that unlike most people he didn’t grow up in a house, he grew up in a council estate, which emphasises the struggle that he went through in Elizabeth’s Britain.

ACE cleverly uses ‘cats and cage’ as a metaphor: cats being ‘nittys’ and cages being the ’t-house' and contrasts it with ‘garden with dog’: chilling with friends
Merky might not be showering in ‘Lynx and Hot Water’ but he is showering in money so at the end of the day he is winning.
(ACE has told his listeners how fucked his situation is and we’re all thinking ‘Rah.. what would drive a man to continue?’ and the answer to that is money)
If you’re gonna talk rough, refrain from getting flatted at headline shows.
He is referencing his brother “KoKane”, and letting you know he is holding a weapon
Could possibly be saying that the next part of riding is doing it all over again (a constant cycle he talks about later in the song)
OR
He could be literally saying he’s gotta shotty and he’s with a white ting (Possibly Elizabeth da second)
Clearly there is no wi-fi in the trap and so you’d think ‘at least he could use his data?’ but there’s none of that here, again indicating the hardship of his lifestyle.

Here Merky is possibly alluding to being da shooter rather than the driver
Merky’s evil is emphasised in this lyric as instead of relaxing and smoking amm he thinks and laughs about the failure of his opposition.
3AM and the T-House is so quiet you can hear a pin-drop
Financial absence in ACE’s youth had resulted in him realising that the only true way to get what you want in Queen Elizabeth’s Britain is to fight for it.. literally.
There is no sound in the T-House at all. If you want to watch TV, you have to put the subtitles on. Merky is describing what the T-House is really like and how it’s actually hard work.
ACE could also be implying how tough he is as an individual as ‘silence is a mans worst killer’ and ‘'Is he alive? What do you reckon?’'
All this money is making Lizzie look so good.

The downfall of riding is actually riding. Some people get shook and splurt.
If you lived in a house growing up then you would know that before baby’s can walk down stairs they slide on their backside however if you lived in council estate growing up, you would know that people spit, piss and shit all over the staircases making it an unhealthy environment for a kid to play in, implying that living in a council estate impacted on ACE’s childhood.
