[Verse 1]

7 billion people in this world, and I have about 10 fans

Fine, I'm on 10, man

No heart, so no darts from Cupid

I'm so smart, I'm stupid

I'm so snarky; the rudest, ruthless student turned "Rapper Most Perpetually Improving"

You're droolin', not spittin', I'm spewin'; not kiddin'

There's acid in my tummy, no Tums for me, dummy

Got the runs and I'm running on this beat; muddy

Now, wipe me down, or unlike me now, I swear to goodness, I'm by myself

And I'll stay alive inside my hell, and then the rest of y'all will say "hi" to a skeleton

No love for you guys like Ellen and all you chicks' degenerates

So I don't care if you're smokin', you're bad for me; cigarettes

That was as corny as you look when you smoke 'em

Tell your boyfriend, if he got clips, load 'em

I'll be here in this mad city, having a ball

Call me Kendrick Lamar; Odom

[Hook]

If there's something that you plan to say...

(Oh, well...)

I'm standing in a hurricane...

(Really, I can't hear you.)

And my brain is bored, and you're stressing me, but come and doubt me further...

... Cause when you leap, you die in vain

[Verse 2]

Didn't expect Chuckie Finster with a mic, huh?

Ender Wiggin if he decided to write, huh?

Daria, if she made beats and typed a novel worth of lyrics, commenting on her life, huh?

You thought you had this game locked, but

I got the combination; fail-safe

This codebreaker just won't stop (Uh)

And that's word to my bro Eljay

Cause this is rapping, redefined , but y'all ultra quick to say it's garbage, though, if any of y'all red between the lines, you'd find all of your opinions are marginal

And plus, you ain't never seen my arsenal, so I'll hop on this beat, commit arson, roll through this drop, won't stop, so I keep blazin'

Fünke, human flamer, keep hatin', you blowhard

I'm just too hot, Goldilocks

And you wolves won't stop me from piggin' out

I built a house out of alphabet blocks, and I'm eatin' from it

I add a wing, and you're written out

You'll probably catch all of that when it's written out

Shut up, boys and girls, I ain't kiddin' now

This is grown man B.I., now, see, I-

Took your advice and grew up, now you're knee high

[Hook]

Either “wipe me down” (i.e., wipe my butt after I doo-doo on the track), or have nothing to do with me (“unlike me now”).

“Wipe Me Down” is also a song by Lil Boosie. /Lil-boosie-wipe-me-down-lyrics

Also, I insist that I am alone/dead in this world, but I’ll manage. Y'all are dealing with a zombie, and for that, I apologize.

If your respective boyfriend is angry about my commentary, and would like to shoot me (“if he got clips, load ‘em”), tell him to go right ahead.

My friend Eljay (https://twitter.com/K1ngEljay) runs a website. http://www.theredefined.com.. Just a way to shout him out while asserting that I don’t fit neatly into the usual classifications of rap.

Kendrick Lamar’s debut major label album was called “good kid, m.A.A.d. city”. He is from Los Angeles.

Lamar Odom is a basketball player who last played for the Los Angeles Clippers.

Make sense?

(Side note: I’m not from Los Angeles. By “mad city”, I mean the world at large.)

spew
spyo͞o/Submit
verb
1.
expel large quantities of (something) rapidly and forcibly.

^
Spewing can reasonably be considered a step above spitting. The “something” in the definition would be raps. I’d like to take this to the next level.

The acid in my tummy suggests indigestion, which brings forth the image of spewing, in the form of projectile vomit.

“The runs” is another term for diarrhea. I’m saying that I’m doo-doo'ing on the beat. Muddy indeed.

Tums are tablets used to treat indigestion.

On 10 – to be pissed, at the peak of your tolerance for something

^
Thanks, Urban Dictionary.

Moving on, I’m also referencing the Tin Man from The Wizard of Oz. He wanted a heart because he didn’t have one (i.e., “No heart”).

Additionally, Cupid’s arrows would be futile if my heart was non-existent.

smokin – a girl or guy who is beyond hot; now at the point of smokin (super hot)

^
Let’s all thank Urban Dictionary again.

I don’t care if you girls look attractive, because you’re most likely bad for my health. Like cigarettes.

  1. I try to be “lovable smart”, and not “jerk smart”, and I’m afraid of coming across as the latter.

  2. As a life-long student of life/various stuff, and champion for scholarly pursuits, I like to apply my academic mindset to my musical exploits. Furthermore, if I was placed in a sort of rap yearbook, I think I’d be deemed “Rapper Most Perpetually Improving”. As in, I’m probably already good enough to win Valedictorian, but I’m trying to go beyond that, which astounds my peers.

According to Google.

Anyway, I feel I only have about two handfuls worth of dedicated fans. 1.428571428571429e-9 of the world’s population, to be exact.

Can we change that?

I am accusing my rapper peers of being bad rappers.

“No love for you guys like Ellen and all you chicks’ degenerates”

Ellen DeGeneres is a pretty cool talk show host. She is also a lesbian, hence, “no love for you guys”.

And then there’s the obvious reinterpretation of her last name (DeGeneres/“degenerates”).

I’d also like to take the time to thank Drake for ruining my punchline by using a similar one in the first song on his new album: /2213260

I still thought of it first. ;)

Don’t test me (i.e., why the song is named what it’s named). You’re wasting your energy, and mine.

When I was a youth, lots of adults told me that I might be too smart for my own good.

I agree, at times.

“That was as corny as you look when you smoke ’em”

In my humble opinion, the previous line was corny, and smoking looks wack.
