Thug’s so high on his metaphorical “high horse” (a term for being cocky) that he’s way up off the ground. This is also a braggadocious way of saying he’s too good to be walking on the ground, so he stays high enough to be in the clouds all day.

The “Rollie” Thugger is referring to may simply be a stainless steel Rolex watch, or he could be contining to the car references by mentioning the Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead, which has a stainless steel bonnet.

If you’re not in Meek’s good graces, don’t pretend you are. He mentions a streetsweeper, a type of shotgun that can do a lot of damage in a short amount of time. It was popularized by hip hop in the 90s and early 2000s, although it’s fallen out of favor recently.
