I've tried to write this song so many times now

That it almost feels like I'm rambling

Running around in circles yeah

I've tried to give the best of me

When it comes down to writing

And it almost feels like I'm dying

I have no choices to make

They're all that matters to me

What I was thinking was fake

They aren't thinking 'bout me

I had no choices to take

Then sun is burning my eyes

The moon is shading it all

They haven't warned me at all

My eyes got blind

For looking towards the sky

For dreaming way too much

They don't receive my calling

My lungs filled with smoke

For inhaling all the time

For not being able to lie

They don't seem to see me falling

And I won't need to make any friends no more

If I'm blind it sure will die before I'm gone

I have no choices to make

They're all that matters to me

What I was thinking was fake

They aren't thinking 'bout me-e-e

I had no choices to take

Then sun is burning my eyes

The moon is shading it all

They haven't warned me

My eyes got blind

For looking towards the sky

For dreaming way too much

They don't receive my calling

My lungs filled with smoke

For inhaling all the time

For not being able to lie

They don't seem to see me falling

Yeah

My eyes got blind by the eclipse

My sight got burned by the eclipse

Cause' if you look (oh please don't)

I'll be fine (like I'm dying)

But I am trying (I'm not fine)

To talk about my life

And when you see (not like me)

That bright light (just the eclipse)

Will you think

You just want to be alone?

You just want to be alone

// this ain't gonna work you know?

You just want to be alone

You just want to be alone

I have no choices to make

They're all that matters to me

What I was thinking was fake

They aren't thinking 'bout me

I had no choices to take

Then sun is burning my eyes

The moon is shading it all

They haven't warned me

My eyes got blind

For looking towards the sky

My lungs filled with smoke

They don't receive my calling

Cause this isn't a phase

I don't want to be alone
