When Lucki speaks on a ‘drought’ in this song, he could be referring to there being a shortage of drugs because he has bought all of them, or he could be referring to a shortage of money because he is making the majority of it. It could be the latter because he states in the next line how he has 40k on his arm.
He’s got over forty bands in jewellery just in watches and bracelets. Underneath his seat he tucks a 40 millimetre handgun.
The people he loves give him meaning in life
Lucki knows whatever piece of jewelry on him costs $40,000 without the charm attached to it, most likely referring to a chain or bracelet, but he remains humble about his riches.
