It is theorised that the song ‘Mrs. Officer’ is Lil Wayne convincing a ‘lady cop’ to turn her badge in. The angels represent the people opposing systematic oppression, while the sunrise represents the revolution.

This was a good play on tone and words from Juvenile’s “Set it Off” hit single which he performed on tiny desk recently. On his track “Set it off”, Juvenile is quoted saying “ Mr. Officer, Mr. Officer
Take these motherfuckin cuffs off of us
We ain’t kill nobody in this car, for us”.

If you are a true Wayne fan, you would know he mastered a cash money flow from Juvenile and BG. BG is currently serving federal prison time but expected to come home soon. Juvenile used to teach Wayne about cadences and was constantly at his side in the studio as Wayne today lives there as a creature of habitat.

The set-up of the song is reminiscent of a verse of the Red Hot Chili Peppers' “Sir Psycho Sexy”, from which this line would be a direct quote

Kidd Kidd is saying the officer got such a fat ass that he would get an assault & battery charge just for her to come arrest him

“Fuck the police”—a term popularized by N.W.A—is commonly used disparagingly in hip-hop, showing disdain toward police officers. Wayne plays on the term here, using it sexually instead. She literally wants him to fuck the police.

This line, like Lil Wayne’s similarly-delivered line (“I know you wish your name was Mrs. Carter, huh”), is a homage to a Cash Money classic, Juvenile’s 2001 single “Set It Off”, as Juvy says “Mr. Officer, Mr. Officer, take these motherfuckin cuffs off of us” in the last verse.

That line itself is a homage to the Geto Boys' song “Crooked Officer”, but it’s fairly clear that Wayne and Kidd Kidd are referencing the Juvenile song because of 1.) the Cash Money/New Orleans connection and 2.) Kidd Kidd’s line is almost the same as Juvy’s.

Driving “a buck” (100 mph) in a new “drop” (convertible)

This line is the police woman saying that her number is 911, which is the same as the offical emergency number in America, referenced later in the next line.

I heard the beat and was like, “Can I get in the booth and put something on there?” So I went in and kind of came up with the siren sound. I came up with that whole thing, and Wayne was like, “That’s dope. Keep playing with it.”
