Rich actually owns one of these fancy vehicles:

Fiji Water is self-branded artisan water, which has grown in popularity due to its association with class and affluence. Pump compares the class and complexity of Fiji with his jewellery.

Lil Pump is fond of the brand and has referred to Fiji Water before in his songs, such as “Fiji”.

Water and ice are also slang for diamonds, the terms are common and popularised in the rap industry.

Codeine/promethazine cough syrup is the main ingredient of the recreational drug lean, a drink made of cough syrup, soda (commonly Sprite) and jolly ranchers.

Codeine/promethazine is measured in pints, Rich takes the whole pint with his lean instead of ounces.

Rich is referring to his breakthrough and Billboard song New Freezer that featured Kendrick Lamar which has 60 million views on Youtube and in the top 50 on the Billboard Hot 100.

A freezer is also known as a place to keep one’s jewelry in, but Rich usually uses the term “freezer” as slang for jewelry. A new freezer usually means a new piece of jewelry, in this case either a watch or a bracelet, as those are typically worn on one’s wrist.
