[Chorus]

I see people I see walking ‘round & driving in their cars

Not sure if they know where they’re headed but I assume it’s far

I see people I see talking to the people with their names

Not sure if they know who they are but I assume they’re friends

I see people crossing roads & smoking, walking in bare feet

Everybody wonders “if they wander will they feel complete?”

All these lives are being livеd and although some of them may die

In thе end there’s no point in stopping to sit & critique lives

[Verse 1]

Our story begins in a boat, that’s in a plane, that’s underground

Our hero’s busy selling emeralds to crazy killer clowns

One of them offers them a deal, of which the likes have never seen

To rule the world operated by all the big heavy machines

All these lives are being lived and although some of them may die

In the end there’s no point in stopping to sit & critique lives

[Verse 2]

Our hero accepts & he climbs in the boat that’s in the plane

He cranks a few gears and without a word he gently floats away

All the children are positively pondering, “What happens next?”

“We’re dying to know, do you have to stall us further?”

Well I mean it’s hard to say, I don’t quite know, maybe he did something like-

All these lives are being lived and although some of them may die

In the end there’s no point in stopping to sit & critique lives
