Opps is slang for your opposition, typically a rival gang. Opps obviously talk shit (insult) eachother. Fretzino is saying here that they talk shit because they aren’t actually about the gang life.
There’s a common theme on the internet in particular about people who chat online but irl they have nothing to do with that life.
The UK has long had a controversial policy of stop & search. Not long before this song was released there were reports of an increased usage in stop & search in order to tackle the rising knife crime.
Dimzy is saying that he won’t let himself get stopped, and if they try he will dash (run away)
LD ensures anyone who would like to go at him there isn’t any point so they may as well go home to their mum.
“What’s gwaning mum” is merely a greeting, similar to “what’s up”. It’s a variant of “wagwan”, a Jamaican patios term popular among London youth.
Shank and cheff are slang for stabbing. LD is saying he stabs people until blood is everywhere.
“The ting” here is likely referring to a gun due to the usage of “banged”. LD is saying that when they shoot it’s a 1 shot kill.
Undies here is referring to undercover police.
A “u-turn trick” might be a reference to when you’re speeding (or otherwise being caught for something) past an undercover cop car, they run switch on the lights, turn around and begin the chase.
Bait is slang for obvious. Fretzino is saying that he knows the undercover officers are about and they aren’t hiding very well.
This line is a double entendre – he could be taken literally in that he cold and therefore needs a coat to warm up. If you’re out “trapping”, you’re probably going to be on the streets late at night when it’s particularly cold.
It could also mean that he is a cold rapper, i.e, a good rapper and the coat is a metaphor.
Cheff and shank are both referring to stabbing, and bait means obviously. It’s likely LD is stating that he used to stab people until they were obviously dead.
