A theory on why zebras have stripes states that one factor is that it keeps the animal cool. By stating that he has more stripes than a zebra, Kodak might be implying that he is extra cool.

Kyle subtly changes this line from the original to shout out on of Kodak’s recent hit singles, “Tunnel Vision”. The song managed to reach number four on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop chart.

Kyle also touches on the literal meaning of tunnel vision, where you don’t see anything except the what’s directly ahead.

Kodak notes that he is chilling while smoking weed and also drinking lean. “Lean” drink usually consisting of Promethazine with Codeine cough syrup, or “sizzurp”, Jolly Ranchers, Sprite and optionally ice, which is why people often drink it from styrofoam cups.
