I haven't mentioned the mundane in therapy

I don't think it'll help, really

Cause everything just really gets to me

And none of it matters all the same

Have you taken your meds?

Maybe had some water?

(And your medication?)

Gave a friend a call, wrote another a letter

Minute distractions in a world you can't live up to anyway

Anyway

Does it even matter?

Enough of that, I could sit here crying all day

Just thinking about how life's unfair to me

But, it doesn't matter what they say

I don't conform to expectations anyway

I'm so happy with the progress I've made to date

When I look at myself, there's nothing I wanna change
