[Chorus]
4/20, get your zigs
Blowing kush, you blowing smoke
Got no faith, yeah, you don't know
Looking for some pipe dreams
I'm tripping on some good green
[Verse]
Hit that bitch right where it hurt
Like sticks and stones ain't break my bones
But this don't feel right, this ain't home
I'm smoking green, looking green
Sick as fuck, yet spit it mean
Mary blow that smokey haze
'Cause there's no way you know this place
Slit these wrists , hit no licks
Wish my songs could get more clicks
But bitches ride that strap-on
Like they think they got it going on
(Bitch, please!) Get right out
If you wash a t-shirt too much, it gets faded. Faded is slang for getting high as fuck. TL;DR I’m so high that if I was a t-shirt, I’d be faded out.
Double entendre almost. The line before connects the marijuana allegory most of Pipe Dreams uses, whereas the following line is an allusion to cartoons. In most cartoons, a character is shown to be sick by appearing green.
I’m annoyed by these goofs trying to get me to work with them when I know they’ll piggyback off me, so I’m showing my distaste.
I have a dream that I have faith in; leaving my own legacy through my music. However, I’m true to myself about wanting to do this mainly for myself when the other Rappers are blowing smoke and only in it for the fame aspect. I don’t care about being famous, I just want to rap.
I’m referring to Zig-Zag papers. While not my main paper brand, it’s a classic paper that you just can’t hate.
This is me taking a pot shot at rappers who get upset over what other people say. Words are powerless to me, I don’t give a fuck what people say about me because they’re just words.
Whenever I write a Rap song, I’m always smoking before I write. It fuels my creative process.
Some people have stronger hallucinations on THC than others; I personally have creative visions.
This is me pondering from the perspective of empty Rappers who only care about money and fame. They wish they could get fame, but how do you get fame when you have no lyrical substance?
Reference to dysphoria. I generally don’t feel like I’m myself on a daily basis. Most of the song is being rapped not using first person, showing how flip-flop I am with my dysphoria.
Pot shot at Tempest again. He acts like he’s the hottest shit but ends up sounding corny. Not to mention how he pretends to be hard and like he does drugs. If you ain’t about the life you rap about having, then you’ll never get clout. When I say I smoke a lot of weed, I mean that I smoke a lot of weed. When I say that I have a serious problem, I mean that I have a serious problem. It’s a case of The Boy Who Cried Wolf.
I have an issue with self-harm, I’ve posted about it on Twitter and how I want to stop. It’s a serious issue to me.

This follows the line before; these empty Rappers and how fake they are. Sometimes, these fake Rappers come to me hoping that I’d produce for them. They act like they fuck with me, but then show how little they care about my music, leading to the strap-on allegory. These Rappers are so fake that they have to ride a dildo because they know I don’t like them either. Primarily a pot shot at the rapper Tempest, who I “made a beat for” (I just pitched down and distorted an existing beat, shows how much I cared) and nearly got no credit on.
A lick is the money you get from selling tickets to a live show. I’m not in it for the money, I’m in it for the love of music.
This is mentioning a logical fallacy; the idea that another human 100% understands how another human feels. That’s impossible, feelings are unique. You can sympathize with my dysphoria and other issues, but you will never 100% understand it as my experience is unique to myself.
Final Tempest pot shot. Both me and Tempest are fame-wise at the same place; we’re nothing. I acknowledge however that I’m nothing right now, Tempest is in denial about it. This is me putting Tempest back down into reality while also saying that I’m going to flourish before he does, simply because I’m more honest and focused on the love of Rap music than he is.
