In this world where we're living in the shadow of terror

I aim to stay calm and I won't make the error

Of letting fear grip me, it seeks to trip me

Totally rip me, fear wants to get me

But I stay calm

Writing my poetry singing my psalms

Sometimes I feel sweat in my palm

I feel alarm but I stay armed

Not with a weapon no need to search me

Don't bring your metal detector near me

I'm so calm no need to fear me

I spread peace you cannot hurt me

On the real I'm chill in the field

It's real in field, I build with my skill

And I will until, my dreams turn real

As I deal with things that are not ideal, chill

I practice my aim and I target it right

Started to write when the timing was right

Picking my brain yo my mind was ripe

I still move underground

I'm on street level now

I level up this anomaly's rebel sound

Shakes the ground don't front you feel the tremors

It's tremendous I stand in the epicentre

Speaking my poetry i manifest destiny

I fulfil prophecy this was meant to be

I deal hope but not with empty quotes

You think I'm writing rhymes

It's history I wrote

Deep like marks that are left by the past

I take my scars and I turn 'em bars

Through these bars I reach for the stars

I'm beating the odds and I'm reaching far

So far, so far, so good

Go in, good hard, you could

Do what you wish you would

If you just understood

Easier said than done

I placed a bet on myself I won

The beat of the drum helps me speak with this tongue
