Throughout his music, Juice WRLD often spoke on how demons and the Devil plague and torment him and his fiancee, Ally Lotti, whether that’d be figuratively or literally.
In his unreleased track “Adore You (Dark Knight),” he details the interactions the Devil had with Ally:
She my queen, used to have a dark king
Devil kissed her first, way before me
Devil does his worst, he can’t harm me
He sittin' there alone, I’m like, “You and what army?”
In another unreleased track titled “AY YO!! (Purple Devil),” he speaks on the Devil being the drug lean:

In a verified annotation, he detailed another one of his biggest demons:
My biggest demon is laziness. Most definitely laziness, I think for me, that’s bigger than anything else for sure.
In fact, Juice WRLD’s titular 2021 album Fighting Demons, explores the deeper side of Juice’s music, most notably that of the drugs, one of Juice’s demons.
Furthermore, in the official music video of Juice’s 2020 track “Righteous,” Juice can be seen fighting his demons in an animation:

Juice was highly addicted to drugs, specifically Percocets, and these bad habits with drugs would eventually sadly lead to his demise on December 8th, 2019 where he overdosed on pills, causing a seizure.
“Pills with the potions” is a term Juice WRLD often uses throughout his music to refer to the drugs he uses that plague his life, such as Percocets and lean.
