If Home Is (the first track on this huge album) music, then Djesse (whether the character is Jacob or not doesn’t matter) is being told to return to his home, which is music.
If it’s Jacob, it could be referring to just getting into his creative mind and really solidifying his chops, but if it’s us, or rather the idea of humanity, home is music. Whoever Djesse is, Djesse is being told to go to music, because that is our home, at least according to Home Is.
“Djesse” could represent Jacob himself (supported by the fact that it sounds like his initials, J.C.). Being a highly creative person, it is not unlikely that Collier has felt that the universe in his mind was always more interesting than the world around him, hence “the world outside never seems to make a sound.”
