Sixteen years old sucked down the wrong path

Didn't have the oppurtunity to avoid it, followed behind his friends

Mistake of a lifetime one that he will never forget

He took a life now should we take his from him?

Youll let them do it for you but you won't kill another man

Desensitized because the blood ain't on your hands

And if you push it into the back of your mind then you can hide the guilt

That you helped to take another mans life

So easy to flip the switch when the humanitys taken away

Paint him out as a monster so you feel no shame

A living breathing person just like you one minute, dead the next

And we sit back like its justified
