“Pump and grind” could be a play on the term “bump and grind,” which is a a slang term for having sexual intercourse.
The term is also used to describe a dance move, now more commonly referred to as simply “grinding,” where to people rub their bodies against each other in a sexual manner.
sex workers often wear big fur coats or just trench coats, the crown seems to allude to being a “queen of nothing,” OR being recognized and favored for the services she’s about to provide.

The repeated use of this phrase may also be intended to (especially in later lines) be more in reference to drug abuse (particularly heroin), which this song seems to also make several references to. It’s unclear, but it could incite an imagery of distortion or detachment, as a result of the drugs.
