PH:

Truth be told, who lives at the end is still loosely unknown

I’m obviously sold but the problem writ bold is the absence of information

[That] leaves us to half guess and sit and wait, until we access this different place

And if that’s that, we run risk of a massive shift in weight

Where the ones we attacking switch to chase us

Back us into the corner of the living space we invading

[I’m] getting fidgety they could have made infinite changes

Just think of shit they could arrange for us, given thеy grew up in the field wе step blindly

[I’m] thinking we boot up the computer and connect to the actual network

Of data that is tethered to average crafts since the factory send off

WH:

Understandable fear, but where you think those average crafts end up

When they try to bend law, and dip off?

Right into the bent claws and dripping jaws, of the same forces who we fence off

We too far to just spitball; we glitched through the wall it’s simple: we connect we risk all

PH:

While danger is there

We now near the area where we can bounce through the barrier of a region

[That] institutions can’t bridge for any reason

A deep new sector in the deep dark sea we cruise in

A murky gulf that’s fluid, and should be reviewed and inspected -- lest we dive blindfolded

WH:

Listen, all decent and fine motives;

We fly uncharted over wide ocean

But, my gripe is, I think we might get left lifeless

By those with access to track and trap us if we try connecting

What if the sky opens and they roll in with weapons… threatening?

PH:

If the chase is resurrected, we do what we do best, make an exit

My direction brought us this far, please just trust my assessment

WH:

I’m compressed by the pressure, torn, and honestly worn out, from this war for our right to be ignored

But if you think my trepidations are more of the same hesitation

That got us canned in the first place then… let’s chance it…

I’m game for a gambit where we gain understanding

Click clack now kick back and render the planet candid…

PH:

Piece together shards of the readings ‘bout their star

And the creatures that evolved within the reaches of its warmth

WH:

I’m fixin up the histories of civilizations, digging up their mysteries

It isn’t exactly presented as a list to me

So give patience, i’ll flip the signals, and tinker with info that given to me

And dissipate the fake shit and fuzz that’s clouding our inquiry

... It’s coming into organization: the whole world is post industrialization

A full thorough honed-in investigation

Shows its several hundreds years past breakin’ nuclear stages

But I see little non-geographical segregation

A worldwide coalition, might be raised in

The name of non-nation based correlation, and coordination

A well formed swarm of faces

PH:

Cut to the chase

WH:

Well what’s takin’ place, is an advancement beyond what the logs had to say

This is no small shack in the middle of a swamp

It’s mega cities sewn tightly by military law

State organized labor, a collected attitude of gratitude and pride amongst the people

Boots, and helmets, they’re not exactly feeble

PH:

C’mon cut to the chase

WH:

The guns that we’ll face are collectively aimed

And big… like big, big, big

Rigged to kill, made to fill great spaces with disparate steel

That splits your grill, rips through thick shields and leaves skin peeled

Explosives that slow the flow of their oceans

A sky littered with satellites that can focus, at hyper speeds and incinerate commotion--

PH:

Well how we gonna think of strategy ‘fore we close in?

What’s that?

That sound bouncin’ around from all points of the ship

WH:

Oh shit fuck that, It’s a warning

Quick run to the back

Something’s forming near, it could be the forces feared

Nightmare’s coming to life, check the glass

PH:

Yep you’re right they’re comin’ to arrest our ass…
