In the movie “Spirited Away”, which the album is named after and themed around, there is a side character called No Face that Chihiro meets that does not speak at all throughout the entire movie, and is one of his main personality traits.
He is also saying he is so fucked up he can’t talk.

Facy is talking about OxyContin, which was prescribed for seemingly any and all pain, even back problems. Also calls back to the previous verse about “I’m a 1er though”
Play is a diffusion line from Comme des Garçons that features the famous “heart with eyes” logo on almost all it’s products.
Facy is pulling a double entendre here as he is talking about the brand, but also saying he only rocks with mainline designer or haute couture instead of stuff like Calvin Klein Jeans, Ralph by Ralph Lauren, DRKSHDW by Rick Owens, etc. He only wears the best of the best.
This also ties in to the theme of Facy talking about how he doesn’t wear fakes of anything
