A reference to Jaz-O’s “Hawaiian Sophie”. Hawaiian Sophie was one of the earliest appearances Jay Z made in his rap career and Fab mentions Jay in the next line.

Fab is referencing to the hit record by the power couple Jay-Z and Beyonce to explain his intoxicated state (/Beyonce-drunk-in-love-lyrics) and at the same time playing on the stereotype associated with the black culture and watermelon

This is in reference to a Cosby Show spin-off called “A Different World”, specifically the character Whitley Gilbert. This is a trademarked Fabolous double entendre line.
