Extize had flown across all of space and time

And had come to rest in the exact spot

Part of the fabric of reality

There was no going back

Rapha Hell understood the havoc he had

Surely wreaked upon life as we know it

He knew he had to cover his tracks

The time machine

Battered and crackling from the extensive voyage

Was concealed in a secret location

Known only to Rapha himself

Far from the reach of any other mortal's hands

Although Rapha didn't think anyone would discover

That he was the cause of any temporal disturbances

The damage had been done

Things were different, the warehouse looked older

Different props were scattered around

That hadn't been there before

As Rapha closed the DeLorean's doors with a heavy thud

Though, he realized that even if existence itself collapsed

He didn't feel guilty, musical inspiration is priceless after all

And any price is reasonable in exchange for a priceless thing

And he would have never have gotten to

Explore the whole of human history

If he hadn't stumbled upon the machine

But even though Rapha was lucky enough

To emerge from the DeLorean unscathed

Time is a fragile and dangerous thing

It's not wise to play with forces you cannot control

If you happen upon a time machine
