I wear my late dads suit

It don’t suit, but my opinions moot

I only scored one in ten the shots that i shoot

Only clothes on my back were thrift store loot

And I am sorry, I'm not sorry if i came off rude

I’m still a kid, young at heart

I thrive on being calculative for what i spend on my art

I was told, when anything's gets old, discard

So i will fix all broken things until my soul departs

But life like that get cozy

I’m spoiled by everyone who knows me

And I'm known mostly, for being a cheeky little fucker, who keeps his fam closely

Even when I'm close to the end of the rope

I was true and through the mirrors and sеcond hand smoke

Being put on ride with faulty pеdals and spokes

And ran with people who pedals and spoke

There's a voice behind the carpet

It tells me things i wished that I could do

I find choices in the darkness

What once was loved the world would treat so cruel

I learned first hand of the dangers of a rumor

Comedy’s a commodity at the expense of a victim when you’re an avid consumer

Sure it started out as humor

Then it evolves into a weapon to be used by abusers

On the other hand, the situations quite dire

Kids are forces to fight fire with fire

Toxic traits become something to admire

And learn more than one way to end up on a flyer

I'm still looked at like i damned this town

I ran G-town, police don't even pat me down

You just got killed during a practice round

A mad discount , ain't nothing like a hand me down

So i get by

Taking each and everyday step by step

The ups and down I've felt when i make my moves

Every success feels like dejavu

There's a voice behind the carpet

It tells me things i wished that I could do

I find choices in the darkness

What once was loved the world would treat so cruel
