REFRAIN
Hush, shut your mouth
Cause, it can run for miles
Dunce, you're buggin out
Listen close, and hear me now
I don't wanna push it. I already said it
Understand, lets just dead it
Bring it back to how do you feel
You can think a lot but it doesn't make it real
VERSE 1
So now I'm losing it. I swear Im losing it!
I gave you 6 answers and you’re still unconcluded , which -
I dunno I'll stop tryna be a pro
And hear you out or give you space if you want to be alone
We see eye to eye but there's something i'm not catching here
So, I won't address the stress that made the tiny mess appear
Oh, Let's be fair, am i really coming halfway?
Or being stubborn making someone take the same pathway?
VERSE 2
I was panicked to know
What standard to manage to float
Never to damage the fairness, aware of it all
But all in perspective was scared of a fall
And "what if " and "she might"
Be stranded and parched
And i was the reason she turned into sand and dissolved
Well I, would dodge every arrow to, find you a pond
Baptize myself , drag you along
Unbeknownst to me, drowning in thought
Less scuba mask than heaviest rock
It's me, who had to adapt and evolve
And you, who' s already halfway at start
Or maybe we're dancing and happy as dogs
Wagging our tails, prancing along
We eat peanut butter inside of a Kong
Perfect already, already forgot
REFRAIN
BRIDGE
What if
You're nice to me
Well, is that possible?
Lemme know
OUTRO
Trying to help too much can sometimes be overbearing and bring the person you are trying to help down even more.
Arguments can get out of hand fast. Many times you will end up arguing logic about something the other person did.
Here I’m trying to remind people to take a step back and think about your feelings. Do you feel sad? Betrayed? Unloved? Addressing how you each feel in the argument is a healthy place to start and to work through it.
“You can think a lot but it doesn’t make it real” applies to my tendency to obsess and over analyze things – again, try to distance yourself from that and focus on your emotions (in proportion).
This is me trying to figure out why my [ex] girlfriend and I weren’t figuring out our problems. Ultimately, we were growing apart. Communication is important. Otherwise you leave the other person wondering what’s actually going on.
