Throughout the course of the whole song Dreezy sings and raps about the man she’s dealing with, and basically how he gets drunk and turns into a whole other person! behaving in a manner she’s not used to seeing, until he’s under the influence- from what she describes. Dreezy states “this hoe you feel”, but how she means it is “OHHHH so THIS is how you are!!!”

He just wants to take “one more shot” in terms of alcohol which is the literal meaning or the phrase. However, she uses the idiom of giving him “one more shot” as in another chance.
This line demonstrates dramatic irony as their goals seem so similar, yet so far apart. With that, it shows how context can completely change the meaning of a phrase without proper communication.
However, another interpretation is that she wants to give him another shot since he only loves (or acts like he loves) her when he’s drunk.
Wasted refers to be extremely intoxicated from the intake of alcohol or drugs. In ‘Wasted’ Dreezy talks about her lover while wasted, wastes her time and loyalty. The hook plays at the similar sound of “waste it” and “wasted”

Dreezy is saying she can’t tell whether her man is interested more in liquor or her.
“Shaped like a bottle” is a slang term used to refer to curvy women whose curves emulate a Coca-Cola bottle that some men find attractive.
Additionally, this can also be interpreted literally as an alcoholic would be attracted to a person looking like their favorite bottle of vodka.
After a hangover (which is common after getting wasted), a popular remedy to recover is to take an ibuprofen (a basic pain killer) such as Advil and drink plenty of water.
