‘Buzz’ is essentially hype around one’s name. Drake’s delivery has brought lots of hype to his name in the hiphop industry, his ability to rap his verses like Lil Wayne and sing hooks like Trey Songz.

Double entendre as well because a pizza man’s job is to deliver pizza boxes to customers. Once he arrives, he will press the doorbell which then makes a buzzing nose, letting the customer know that he’s come.

Drake uses a lot of ‘coin’ wordplay in this section of the verse. First, he proclaims that the rap industry needs change. Drake compares himself to a cashier, who’ll give you change if you give him more money than how much the goods you’re purchasing cost.

While a thought is often to be said to be ‘two cents’, Drake says his are a ‘nickel’- five whole cents! Double that and you get a dime, which means 10 cents and Drake has plenty of 10/10 women in his bed.

Drake then chops his weed up into fourths, ‘quarters’ (25 cents). He shapes these lines in his head, which is also a double entendre with the second meaning being that he freestyles the lyrics in his songs!
