Caverns

So cold

In my own light

I sigh and

Finally feel alive

Safe; awake

Inside all cries

Die

I hide them in my mind

Vines at throat

Were slowly choking;

Silently unwind

So I will sing

With the wisdom of ages

The pages will whisper

And I shall hear

Standing courageous

And facing the dangers

Of self-introspection

And clandestine fear

New through

Deep finds, I glide

Occupy

The caverns of my mind

Quest; obsessed!

Asking why I try

Reply:

I’ll find it in my time

But I didn’t notice

That the focus

Shifted and aligned

So I will sing

With the wisdom of ages

The pagеs will whisper

And I shall hear

Standing courageous

And facing thе dangers

Of self-introspection

And clandestine fear

So cold

In my own light

I sigh and

Finally feel alive

Quest; obsessed!

Asking why I try

And occupy

The caverns of my mind

But I didn’t notice

That the focus

Shifted and aligned

So I will sing

With the wisdom of ages

The pages will whisper

And I shall hear

Standing courageous

And facing the dangers

Of self-introspection

And clandestine fear
