[Intro: Destrano]

Yeah, uh

We’re the best county in the nation according to Niche

We’re not top 10, or top 5, or top 2, we’re top 1 biotch

Too bad Fairfax, Loudoun, and Alexandria

Better luck next time you female dogs

[First Verse: Destrano]

Whether you from the north or south side

Y’all know that we have the same zip

And if you don’t, then get hip

We all up in this area getting crazier

This ain’t the place to be lazier

Ask my homie Xavier

Or should I say Xavie-ey

Who’s always wearing all grey

Remember he got that lounge?

Where he go to fool around

But not all of us can rejoice

Just take a look at my boy Royce

He in Iowa cause he ain’t got a choice

Once he hits 18 then he got a voice

And just like my track he gonna stay away

Cause he misses northern VA

Reminiscing in the days with lunch trays

Phyre can tell you about those days

Where we learned about Hemingway

Wrote way too many an essay

And at nine, hit the hay

Hearing the cars go by on the freeway

Those were the days when I used a gateway

But now I’m going all the way

Own a machine that’s custom-made

About my future, I am no longer afraid

You might even think that nothing was the same

[Second Verse: Dr. Uzi PhD]

We got the best schools around

Wakefield, HB, Lee, Yorktown

Our school ranks are very very high

Most of the students, they don't even try

But we're not as flawless as you might think

In fact our issues, they seem to link

Drugs are a problem all around

Especially in majority white Yorktown

Overcrowding is a problem as well

Especially in majority Spanish W&L

And then there's Wakefield

Good ol' Wakefield

Where are all the low-income students?

Maybe I should yield

So when you hear diversity, it's all bullcrap

Maybe I should go back to Fairfax

[Third Verse: Destrano]

To all the people who live between Dumfries and Manassas

You’re dumbasses

You all need to take classes

In making better actions

All you people act like you’re on acid

And I’m not being classist

You’re just being fascist

Ba’athist like Saddam and his assassins

And if you say that didn’t happen

Then you need to get some glasses

But us Arlingtonians don’t need any when we’re 20/20

We’re on a roll like when Chrysler made that one car that looked like a Bentley

Give me liberty or give me death, said Patrick Henry

And I choose death, said Roberto Clemente

Or at least that’s what his pilot chose

He saw the fish in the ocean and said, “what are those?”

That’s how it went down I suppose

Bad things happen, that’s how life goes

But for us up in here in Arlington, life is good

I hope I made that clear, am I understood?

The worst we have in here is the White Hood

And let me be clear, your safe there, stay assured

We even have walking trails all over our woods

Your money in the bank is FDIC insured

No matter where you are that’s the case

But here we have offshore bank accounts

And if you try to find them, there will be no trace

Soon we’ll even have our money stored in outer space

Cause we’re A-Town, and we’re ahead of the game
