We always overcompensate, or live through past and turn away

Over complicate, pray for wealth instead of days

Always complain about the times, when the only way is up

We just don't pay that any mind, but why?

After brings beauty, yet they still don't even try

The past remains puny and their future looks bleak

I guess we're stuck here in between

That's why I keep on reaching for this dream

I'd rather catch zzz's and ironically...

We could coexist with ease

So please, rid us of disease
