Beograd arrive in twilight

Train ride river-reflecting skyline

Thunder pounding, cut through mountains

Past lessons, lost essence, false reverence

Monuments to histories ending

Descending symphonies, old legends

Self-sentenced refugee

My vow as I set to sea:

I will be free

Take flight motorbike above streets screaming

Korean nights, neon lights, speed demons

Knowledge forbiddеn, secrets hidden

Shе rides on the back in the far east of Eden

달리는 도로위 한강에 비친

이 도시의 불빛 이곳이 어딘지

몰라도 계속

건너 가, 너와 나 이어주는 대교

She asked why do I seem distant

And in that instant a past existence flashed -

Strapped to the mast, temptation led

Sirens echo through the cliffs ahead

This city makes question where I'm from

The mist in the garden, or a seaside slum

Or the wind: it’s just residue

Ride fast it can't cling to you

Breathe the vapors, the freeway tapers

Rainy season, distant freighters

Power lines, twisted pines, cash and trash and holy shrines

Crosses black against the rolling skies

There's no way I could be everything in life

But this will be done

The oceans swell, the cities hum

Last second of the setting sun

In a train somewhere behind the iron curtain

I glance out the window to think of you

A solitary raindrop splashes across the glass like a tear

As the train rushes on unaware
