Cyreese uses this to elicit feelings of naivety that are peppered throughout the song’s transcript, but only when you analyze the symbolism of the bear chasing him will the metaphor behind it stand out: he is lost in the world and being chased by his darkest demons, and is naive overall because of his vulnerability to the savage animal.
