Oh Sylvia
The kids all dance
Moving towards you in the evening trance
Oh Sylvia
You had to move
Given two choices and you had to choose
No no no
Oh Sylvia
Oh no no no
Oh oh oh
Oh Sylvia
It's a matter of taste
Weekends away with no time to waste
Oh no no
Oh Sylvia
Oh no no
Oh Sylvia
Sylvia
This is where it gets interesting
So you're walking through town on a cold Tuesday evening; the wind is blowing into your face and you have to move your coat upwards a bit. You make an exit to the left, by the café, go under the tunnel, cross the road and then you're by the waterfront. You watch a swan slide across the water, and suddenly you're back to where you were three months ago- in that strange twilight zone between Winter and Spring. You didn't quite know what to do at that time. You're still not very sure now. You just think to yourself
'well, what went wrong?'
Oh Sylvia
Oh no no
Oh oh oh
Oh Sylvia, oh Sylvia, oh Sylvia, oh Sylvia
Oh oh
Sylvia
Oh Sylvia
Listen to me now
Oh no no
Oh Sylvia
Oh oh
Oh Sylvia, oh Sylvia, oh Sylvia
Oh
