I felt the sun shake the earth with the evening sky

I’ve tried so hard to find the path that leads to my perfect bliss

Humanity’s always up against me

Waiting to see the walls around come breaking

Forge my path past my limits

This scorching heat wells up from within me

And in turn, I will feel at peace

Light this wretched place

Before I turn into ashes

Monotony only serves to stagnate the soul

A purpose manifest from the shadows of this life

Survey the future to see a light waiting for you

It’s only in reach for those who push through

It’s all been done, too

But I’ll change the course of time to favor this one life
