[Verse 1]

I know what needful things are doing in my

Worn perfectionistic chamber later

They communicate through rapid sound, they scream so loud

I bear witness to their anger, their envy, and their lust

In the battlefield toying with my trust, go away, go away

[Verse 2]

I know what needful things are saying, complaining

Bitter broken bottle sorrow I know

They feed off acidic self-doubt, they seek it out

Torment me with what-could-be’s, critique my history

Disassociate from fallen friends, come again, come again

[Verse 3]

I see the sorcerer of Saturn shattered

Growth decay and rebirth rеset, new harvest

Scattеred foxtail charms in the window down below

Needful things all congregate, they try hard to relate

To your suffering but they haven’t got a clue

Only you know you

[Bridge]

Maybe it’s just part of our nature

[Verse 4]

I know what needful things are doing in my

Worn perfectionistic chamber, later

They assassinate good emotions to settle in

But they won’t get me this time, evacuate my mind

I don’t want to be your fucking friend
