After all the intense feelings showed previously in the lyrics, the narrator’s partner shows up no interest in a more serious relationship, and this hurts the narrator’s feelings heavily. He feels bad, used, like he left something to desire.
These lines may refer to the practice of sexual intercourse, hence the last line, since the intense practic of sexual penetration may cause pain in the lower part of the body, making it painful to sit.
