{Verse 1: Clevva]

Look, I just need to say sorry

I’m sure there is no hurry

My deepest thoughts I’ve scanned

I really, really hope you understand

And when I go and get angry

It happens so quick I’d win the grand prix

I really try to not express it

I really try to resist

But it takes over like is planned

Staged for people in the crowd

This is my apology to you

Honestly, I mean it I do

If I could stop it from taking over

Or at least give you some cover

I honest to god would do

I’m sure y'all wondering who

I won’t name out of respect

We don’t get on, but hope we don’t disconnect

I want to go into detail

To help us not falter and fail

You’re always so forgiving

And I’m just attacking

But I don’t want to be

So let me explain so you see

We may still be able to get along

I’m gonna try, maybe I’m wrong

Okay so you get the idea

That our future I fear

Cause I really do have respect for you

Sorry if I don’t show it, but its true

Let me go into more detail

My point of view I’ll unveil

So I lose my mind to the fury

The crowd laughs as they see

I told you in my last, how I feel

So I have nothing left to conceal

I get angry, I leave my own mind

Leaving Mr. Angry Tom to grind

Not that’s not a choice I make

But he does it for my own sake

At least that’s what he thinks

Then I’m left after, on the brink

Not trying to make an excuse

Responsibility I won’t refuse

And then when you call me a twat

I agree secretly with my inner diplomat

Lyrically I may seem like I’m strong

But in reality that is just wrong

I can’t even fight my own wars

A voice in my head makes me abide by its laws

It takes military control in arguments

Instead of letting me sort my own defence

I’m opening up just to explain a message

I’m sorry, I hope we can rebuild the bridge

And once more get along, like we used too

And maybe one day we’ll stop with the argue

But I found in rap I can express

What I once used to suppress

[Verse 2: Clevva]

Okay final verse coming in for you

I’ll continue to just be true

I’ll never lie in this rhyme

That’d just be a crime

I want to lyrically murder my feelings

And all the pain this brings

The motto of this rap is to say sorry

If you haven’t picked up on the story

Emotionally this is detailed

To do this I’m compelled

I know saying sorry isn’t enough

Because I get angry and act tough

The purpose of this is so you understand

And aren’t left having to command

To try and get an answer I can’t speak

Except for in rap my thoughts play hide-and-seek

But from doing this analysis

I can now see in the blackness

I can try to promise

I’ll seal it with a kiss

We’re closing into the finish line

The crowd are going wild, all the time

Maybe this will be my last race

My last angry face

Not long left to go now

I’m wondering how

Is this my last race, my last rage

I have understanding beyond my age

I feel pity, I feel sorry, that why

This is my final apology
