Our reality is what we feel

If we feel we have unfinished business then that is certain

Only until we realize that the only thing guaranteed is the moment

We suffer whilst yearning for better days

To be in a better place physically

Is to be in a better place mentally

Yet to be in a better place mentally is to be

In the best place emotionally

We can't seem to exist in a better place if we hold on to emotions that burden us

Such as anger or regret
