There’s a whole lot of members on that squad it’s odd

What’s the deal? Let’s see what’s right for real

Often your coughing and saying “by His stripes you’re healed”

We love it ‘cause it’s appealing

Is that the kind of God that we’re called to praise

Double minded and unstable in all his ways

The Lord is flawed? I think not

Sometimes it’s hard to get the misunderstandings out like an inkspot

He healed us from the separation that sin caused

To give the gift of life like Santa Claus

Not by works really its silly

Getting awarded for something we ain’t do like Milli Vanilli

And some of y’all might make a stink about that

Instead of taking time to really think about that

I hate when the church is making it worse

Teaching sin as being a generational curse

This upsets me, check the scriptures let’s see

They won’t fall for this trap if they’ve seen

Sin the souls don’t keep from the older peeps

There’s no mystique, but what a man sows he reaps

It’s a shame some saints with sin sick frames

Claim that it’s demons that inflict pain

The devil’s scheming bothers me, follow me?

But that don’t mean all trouble’s demonology

Stop falsifying, they lost to Zion

And failed when they were nailed to the cross’ awesome triumph

Their power to devour stopped when He’s hung

No need for screaming at demons at the top of our lungs

We persist with energy when we shout

We miss if we resist the enemy he shall flee

Submit to the Lord, come equipped with the sword

And know victory—it’s assured

Understanding the facts you won’t panic and act

Like you can’t relax these ain’t satanic attacks

Your body is the temple of god—no mistaking

Don’t fear it the Holy Spirit must be overtaken

First bind the strong man, devour up your labor

But can a creature overpower the Creator

We teach demons confined by binding and loosing

It’s puzzling to me, that Jesus will be

In the midst of 2 or 3 that touch and agree

Does it make sense? Odd ‘cause it doesn’t

If the Scriptures teach and preach that God’s omnipresent

Really it’s dealing with 2 or 3 witnesses to witness it

And He’ll be right there in the midst of it

Settle differences when the result of truth is doubtful

It’s safe in the multitude of counsels

Speak things that be not as though they were

Like we can make those occur, you know we err

‘Cause this quote refers to divine attributes

Yeah it’s Scripture but we only spitting half the truth

The problem is Scripture’s positive

Only God can give life that’s not man’s operative prerogative
