[Verse]

I need to reflect on myself, I need some help

Self deprecation and placement of where my health's at

Wealth at, hell yea, I'm not doin' well yea

But I'll figure out how to use this welfare

Check for self care, in my own realm

For my boundaries I set, but I digress

Thoughts include me talkin' to myself

Trauma, this drama got me to cry and yell

Gotta bark at the moon and be cautious when I move

Causin' a threat, losin' self respect

But this is just an embellishment in effect to its best

Abilities, fulfilling me to high knee this trench

Kind of a loose cannon, don't know why I shoot

Blow off any second 'cause I'm blind to the brew

Stirred up, blew brains out I knew

Something's wrong, something's gone, so I had to move on

Takin' a shot was a snap when will be the second

Will I go to hell or will I be in heaven?

Will I be another misfit kid again?

In this system, Locked up, trippin'

Scribble away the pain, scrapin' my pen to page

One day at a time until I recuperate

I'm in isolation

Is it another suicidal time or lonely desperation?

This is the operation, to fix a broken man

Fix a broken image, window pain, stain tinted

Pain playin' dismissive

This game ain't no mischief

Self contradictive, lyin' 'bout how he's him

Treat himself like he's nothing

But he has to be something

Therapist speaking truth

He narrates for you

This ain't your peek

But u know what u seek

These are just thoughts, let me breathe in and think
