Forgotten

This separated drained the will to cope

To have the smallest piece of rope

A sin the body can't foresee

A stationary figure defies my every moment

With a shallow motion

The right connection

The wrong emotions taking over me

I don't know why it comes and goes

But it's never to be forgotten

I don't know why it comes and goes

Never to be forgotten, no

As body loses grip to connecting elements

Slowly becoming ever less relevant

Clouding most of what lies ahead

A comber structure still finds alignment

Cornerstone of this phobic confinement

I defy this lonely presence to find comfort in this

I don't know why it comes and goes

It's never to be forgotten

I don't know why it comes and goes

Never to be forgotten, no

I keep having these issues

Ain't got control

And I know I'm still standing tall

Only 'cause I've seen the fall too many times before

And now we're close to the ending

But I'm a man on a mission

I'm a man on a mission

This separation drains the will to cope

We don't know why

We don't know why

We don't know why it comes and goes

Never to be forgotten

We don't know why it comes and goes

Never to be forgotten
