There is too many wannabe gangbangers in the rap game, or as he refers to them “west coast dick lickers”. These west coast dick lickers could also be referring to casual rap fans, who listen to yg and young money, and are likely not even from the hood. He is trying to say that the rap game is not ready for him, because he does not sound like what would be considered mainstream. Joey is bringing back eastcoast style and culture to a world dominated by the west coast.

One thing that Michael Jackson was famous for other than his music was how he “magically” turned paler over time.

Although Sensei actually originally means “one who came before”, it is synonymous with teacher and elder. STEEZ makes a little wordplay with “sensei” and “grade” here, a semantic field of education, if you will, and goes onto say he’s been in charge since he was in sophomore year, or since he was 15.
