A rude awakening at faraway shore

Just like so many times before

The lead's still hot, it guides me right to the east

I will not rest until I find the beast

A path of carnage drawn in innocent blood

My prey has left its traces deep in the mud

I find my way through these forgotten lands

To kill the monster as my oath commands

I prowl the twilight in the jungle day and night

Just one goal on my mind I’m slaying the mantis

The heart of darkness cannot keep it out of sight

I'll keep on hunting till it's slain

The jungle thickens but still I must go on

Through ancient ruins that no one laid eyes upon

A sudden hissing merely meters away

It will not live to see another day

The end is nigh

It won’t escape me

No time to waste

Seal its fate

The cold steel in my hand awaits the attack

Sharpened claws and toxic spikes on its back

The massive creature pounces out of the shade

I show no mercy, neither does my blade
