I didn't always have this positive outlook on life, and at times when things got rough, I found myself wanting to be away from everyone and everything. As humans, sometimes the best way to cope is to just bottle up our emotions instead of expressing them. I don't really know why that is. Everyone deals with their issues differently, and I'm still figuring out how to deal with mine. But for someone who wanted to help people, I built up too much pride to ask for help from my damn self. Sometimes being alone is the best company. People don't realize how easy it is to feel lonely, even when you're in a crowded room
