What is being delivered, they won’t inspect what the team is showing

Make them feel like a speck of dust spend all their time self-promoting

So every leader should be balanced by an equal IC to set the example

To act as glue between top and bottom, opportunities should be ample

Teamwork in its finest form we’re all in this together
