Seeking out for her smile

I always search for her hand

Always held on to her so close

Led her on all those years

My eyes don't want to see anymore

They're so sore, from not understanding

Will forever remain dry

Are thirsty for joy in tears

Every shot looses the chains

Gifts me freedom for the moment

Silenced in screams and fear of your deeds

And yet, only gifts your freedom back

Anger smashes pieces inside of me

Out of my small pride

Builds a bridge out of thе ruins

From which I can jump

Who may judge, promise justice?

Knows thе punishment that fits all?

Is it me, a judge without the right to break?

Does courage grow which moves from life?

Every shot looses the chains

Gifts me freedom for the moment

Silenced in screams and fear of your deeds

And yet, only gifts your freedom back

Inside, fear of no revenge freezes

Cuts lies shattering like glass in me

Stabs wounds time cannot close

Flees life from me, leaves me alone
